The SJM St. Vincent de Paul Ministry team is hosting a
Warm Clothes & Food drive to support SVDP.
Drop off day will be at church on Sunday, March 7th from 10-3pm.
We are asking parishioners to stop by church, remain in their cars with masks on and drop-off donations.
Volunteers will be there to help!
Suggestions:
Clothes: warm hats, gloves, mittens, scarfs, socks (all sizes)
Food donations: non-perishables- peanut butter, pasta, rice, canned veggies and fruit, canned soups
Thank you!
WHAT WE DO
Our ministry team works to help those in need both within the parish and in conjunction with the Roseville SVDP office. During the year, several events are sponsored: Christmas basket program (providing gifts and food to families in need), food drives, and a summer school supplies drive. Our team also serves as a liaison to connect parish members with volunteer opportunities at SVDP.
WHO WE ARE
We are a team of parishioners of all ages helping families in need within our parish community and Placer County. We help at the Roseville office as well as host vaiour events at church in support of St. Vincent dePaul.
HOW YOU CAN BECOME INVOLVED
One can help deliver food, work at the food locker, help at the thrift shop, collect donated clothing, or cook for those in need. There are many ways to help at SVDP. You choose what you wish to do and how much time you wish to give.
