New Study Begins in February!
MARY: The Bible and the Mother of God
Why is Mary so important to Catholics, and why have so many people been devoted to her over the centuries? In this 8-part series, Dr. Brant Pitre examines what the Old and New Testaments, the life of Christ, and the early Church fathers reveal about the life and identity of Mary. This study addresses the common misconceptions about Mary, and includes personal reflections to lead the participants into a deeper love for Mary and a clearer understanding of her role in the Christian life.
The cost is $20 per person which provides study materials.
Deadline to register is January 22, 2023. To register, click here.
Bible Study Ministry
WHAT WE DO
We journey together to understand Sacred Scripture. Using Catholic study guides and video commentaries on the Old and New Testaments, facilitators lead discussions to give context to the Bible.
WHO WE ARE
Some of us are opening a Bible for the first time, while the pages are familiar to others. We hope to become channels for sharing the faith and let each verse speak to us personally.
WHO WE SERVE
We welcome adults who wish to understand the Biblical roots of our faith and say they lack the knowledge to discuss the Bible with family and friends.
HOW YOU CAN BECOME INVOLVED
Join us in study. Or consider becoming a discussion guide/facilitator. You need not be a certified catechist or teacher.
