Please help families in need this holiday season by participating in the Adopt a Family Program. Host forms are available below. Please sign up to sponsor a family referred to us by SVDP, Placer County Head Start, even from our own parish! Gifts need to be brought to church on December 12th from 9:00- 11:00am.

Once you sign up a team member will be in touch.

Granite Bay, CA. If this plan changes we will contact you. 

A code name for your family will be provided via phone or email.
